Who is my brain?: Insomnia and Bipolar

My dreaming self suggested a link between bipolar and insomnia. Research suggests she’s right. Insomnia, nightmares, etc in youth correlate with a bipolar diagnosis. I always thought of these as two unrelated conditions. Where do I go from here?
